Architectural Review Process
The purpose of the Architectural Review Process and the Restrictive Covenants is not to restrict creativity of the home owner or the builder. The home owner and builder are encouraged to build quality homes which conform to standards that will maintain and increase the property value of all of the homes in the Estates of Tiawasee. All plans will be reviewed by the Architectural Review Committee and the Committee’s Architect. The Committee response will be in writing to the home owner or builder and will include suggestions which might be helpful to the home design as well as any deviations from the restrictive covenants if applicable. Construction may not begin until written approval is provided by the Architectural Review Committee stating that there are no apparent violations to these restrictive covenants.
