Exterior Lighting
Homes are encouraged to address landscape lighting during the design process.

Exterior Materials and Colors
Colors must be approved by the ARC. Vinyl and aluminum siding is not allowed.
Flashing and roof penetrations must be painted to match the roof.
30 Year Architectural Grade shingles, clay tile or metal roofs approved by the ARC are allowed.
Detached buildings must be constructed with same materials as the main house.
