Mailboxes
All homes are required to have mailboxes. Mailboxes must be designed and built based upon the quality established by the ARC.

Garages, Driveways and Sidewalks
Each residence must have an attached or detached garage capable of con- taining a minimum of two automobiles.
Garages may not face the fronting street.
Driveways must be made of concrete, pavers or stone and complement the exterior of the home.
Each Owner is responsible for installing sidewalks and street trees in accordance with the sidewalk and street layout plan approved by the ARC.

Fencing, Walls and Enclosures
Chain link fencing is not allowed.
Pool enclosures may not extend beyond the building setback lines.
